2.Defence Minister Manohar Parikar Launches the maiden run of the core 25kN indigenous aeroengine and HTSE-1200:

         Mr.parikar was speaking after launching the maiden run of the core 25Kn indigenous aeroengine-"HTFF-25"(Hindustan Turbo Fan Engine) and "HTSF-1200"(HIndustan Turbo Shaft Engine) developed by HAL(Hindustan Aerospace Limited).He said that HAL Should work with Private sectors to fast their Developments.

3.Countdown begins for PSLV C29 launch by ISRO:

                Space scientists of ISRO have began the countdown for the launch of "PSLV C29" rocket at "Sathish Dawan space centre at Sriharikota"

4.Vizag artist selected for global contest:

                   Artist K.S Kamesh's painting "Amalgamation" that has been selected for the "International Artist Grand Prize competition 2016" to be organised by "Taiwan International Contemporary Artists Association".
