1.Buddhist population down by 75 percent in karnataka:

               The State which had the second highest number of buddhists in the country is now witnessing a decline in their population according to 2011 census.

               The 14 th Dalai lama "Lhamo Dondrub" is  currently on a long month visit to karnataka,but a glance at census figures of buddhist population decline may have him worried.

2.400 year old Buddhist site to remember:

              Adurru,a 2400- year old Buddhist site,is located on the western bank of Vainetya in East Godavari District.

                  Among the three most popular buddhist stupas in the world,the first one was constructed in adurru,the second one in ranchi and the last one in saranath.

6.Ram Naik's Nod to major landforms in Uttar 

Pradesh:

        Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik gave his consent to the 

Revenue Code Amendment Ordinance.

            Dalits in Uttar Pradesh Would soon be able to sell their lands to non dalits without the approval of the administration.

7.India Business Card For SAARC Community:

                India is all set to launch an "India Business Card" for the business community in SAARC countries.Prime minister Narendra Modi all set to visit pakistan to attend the SAARC summit In the Late 2016.

               Earlier in July india relaxed business Visa Norms for Pakistan,which is valid for three years from now.The India Business card will have a special logo and given to the businessmen of high repute.It is also a Legup that ties made with Pakistan.

9.Gujarat to pay bonus to cotton farmers:

   

             

                  Gujarat CM "AnandiBenPatel" is set to offer Rs.100 as bonus above the minimum support price(MSP) Rs.820 to cotton farmers.Gujarat being the Largest cotton producer in the country.

                 Revenue Secretary "Hamsukh Adhia" told that the new rule will be effective from jan 1,2016 to cover all payments made through cash,cheques or debit or credit cards.In case of 

Immovable Property:

           PAN required For current transactions is Rs.5 lakh,the government has decided to raise the monetary limit to Rs.10 lakhs

Hotel or Restaurant Bills:

                 Monetary Limit from Rs.50000 to Rs.25000

Important Things to See:

                   1.Opening of No frill accounts under JANDHAN yojana will not require PAN.

                           2.Other than above all accounts in banks including cooperative banks PAN is Required.

2.Investors Won't Return if they lose money in primary market by SEBI:

                     The Securities Exchange Board of India(SEBI) Chairman U.K Sinha said retail investors may not invests again if they lose money in the primary market.The New IPO reforms will be effective from Jan 1,2016.
